When I tell you to do something I expect you to do it immediately and as best as you can. You’re going to do something humiliating and not in control. This is a task that do not like doing it, but will do it because I am telling them to. In the end when you have done what I have told you to I will praise you and tell you how proud of you I am. For this assignment you will need a big glass of water until you feel like you cannot hold it in anymore. Once you have that feeling you will return and you will do this messy assignment for me so you can feel the warmth of my happiness that you can do as you’re told.
