Harley has an annoying way of holding conversations. She constantly asks questions and then doesn’t listen to the answer except by repeating the answer as another question. This goes round and round and Chelsea’s had enough, as would anyone, perhaps. Harley asks Chelsea what time she’s going to be home – in 45 minutes at 2 o’clock. “At 2?” Harley answers/asks… When Chelsea gets home at exactly 2 o’clock and Harley is surprised to see her, this quickly send Harley over Chelsea’s exasperated knee. What ensues in a sturdy, steadily harder and harder hand spanking!
