The ingredients are: 8 dl of all purpose wheat flour 30 g of fresh yeast 0,9 dl (79 g) of sugar ½ teaspoon of salt 88 g of melted butter 0,9 dl of warm milk (42 C) 1,8 dl of warm water (42 C) 1,5 eggs 1,5 yolks GLAZE: 5,4 dl (324 g) of powdered sugar 0,89 dl of water a pinch of vanilla sugar.
