Emma Johnson is a new nurse at the Psycho ward. She is currently treating a patient, doing what she was taught. Vienna Black is the head doctor at the ward and interrupts Emma. Dr. Vienna cuckolds Emma and gives her a verbal lashing before showing her the proper way to treat patients. Together they collect this patients semen sample.
